    The sales representative, Mike R, was great - provided information and wasn't pushy, gave us straight answers to questions and represented the organization professionally. Buying a car is not always a great experience, but Mike made it as good as it could be. The manager and finance staff were also very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come to Sport Durst first for our next vehicle!

    The service department at Sport Durst VW were terrific! They were quick to figure out my sensor problem and extremely fast when replacing it when the part came in a week later. And the employee I dealt with was very nice and professional.

    All went well except as a customer we should be able to call our service advisor at the dealership directly . Having an associate call me from another location negates the ease of customer service and the continuing establishment of a working relationship .
