I revealed who I was to the team, (former Dealership employee) No hassle back and forth, just straight up this is the best we can do and really helped me decide what the best vehicle for my needs was. Bob D. took the time with me even though I jumped from car to SUV, new and then used and then back to new back to car then ended up back with a new Taos. He not once showed any frustration and was very professional and cared enough to be sure I was happy with my choice. By the way I LOVE the Taos.
