Parts were ordered to complete a warrenty repair of the upper console and arrived in a very timely manner. The service adviser who made the appointment to install the parts, at a time convenient for me, was very courteous and professional. The car was in and out in an increditably short time. I'd say Sports Duerst under promised and over delivered !! Great dealership, great people !!
