2 hour wait for an oil change, tire rotation, and engine and cabin air filter replacement is unheard of. Labor charges for filter replacements was not disclosed and are way high for 10 min jobs. Paid almost $80 for cabin air filter replacement (filter not included). Total bill for these basic services was over $420 with an extra 3% charge for using a credit card.

I am always able to book a timely service appointment through the service manager, Will. The employees are customer friendly along with the knowledge to answer my service questions as well as general questions about my car. I trust their expertise to keep my car running in top condition.
