    I got my vehicle back and the check engine light is no longer illuminated. The repair cost was a little expensive, but when a man can't do the job, he must pay someone who can. I dropped my vehicle off the day prior to the appointment because I didn't want to wait for a diagnosis in the cramped waiting area. This dealership isn't as large or doesn't look as nice as the other Volkswagen dealerships within 100 miles. But this dealership had a service opening, so I can't complain. The next day, around 9 AM I received a phone call explaining the problem and the cost and another call around 1 PM letting me know that the work had been completed. I picked my car up the following day. After leaving, I reviewed my receipt and noticed a 3% charge for paying with a credit card. If I had known about the fee, I would have paid with a debit card. Why pass the credit card processing fee onto the customer? Also, I wished the vehicle would have been washed, the roads had been prepped for ice and that nasty brine solution covered the car.
