I have never had a car service appointment that took so long. I certainly understand running behind but, I was told that there were 5 appointments on Saturday morning all before 10am. My appointment was scheduled by a representative of the service department for 9:15. Obviously they are over scheduling appointments. Saturday is my only day off to catch up on errands and house work. Spending an inordinate amount of time waiting for my car service makes me very frustrated especially when the service department schedules the appointments. Obviously they were overbooked!!! I would rather have been told that there were no more appointments on that Saturday when I called. I didn't appreciate leaving at 1:10pm.

Joey Tillman and Allen (sales) were absolutely amazing to deal with ! Allen was very thorough with that test drive and explaining how everything works for my wife. Most sales professionals are not that patient. Would definitely buy from them again.
